1. Introduction

To use seyacolor services, you must take the time to read and comprehend these Terms. You acknowledge that you are entering into a contract with us under these Terms when you register with seyacolor. Upon registering with seyacolor, users create a “User Account.” Every time a visitor to seyacolor accesses the Site or downloads the App, even if they do not become Users, they acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Obtaining an Account and providing a Payment Method

You must make sure that any personal information you offer us about yourself while registering for seyacolor is true and up to date. By using your Account, you can update this data.

In order for us to process your order for a Product, you will need to provide us with information about your payment method (a credit or debit card, for example) and other personal information when you place an order. If you choose to store a payment method with seyacolor, it will be used automatically, though some of its details will be hidden for security purposes. An order placed using a payment method that you provide or attempt to use that is invalid or that has expired will not be fulfilled. We retain the right to suspend or terminate your account at any moment if we believe that your payment method is either fraudulent or that you are not authorised to use it.

No more than one Account may be registered by the same individual. Any account that we have reason to believe violates this condition may be suspended or terminated at any time.

you must ensure that the email address we hold for you is kept up-to-date and that you have full access to it – we will be sending you important messages there. So if you change email address, then you must change it on your Account. Should you provide an invalid email address or an email address that belongs to someone else, seyacolor may terminate your Account at any time without notice.

You must also ensure that the postal address to which we send you Products and communications is kept up-to-date in your Account.
